Return or exchange an item – Please contact us first so we can provide you instructions.

We will issue a refund on receipt of the item being returned, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if available.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

The majority of non-personalized garments can be dispatched from us for delivery within 2-3 working days., but for some brands this can increase up to 3-5 working days.
All non-personalized items are dispatched within 24 hours of order placed.

We will dispatch your items within 24-hours, subject to customer approving their artwork.
- Blank orders
We strive to deliver blank orders the 2-3 working days for most of our brands, when an order is placed before midday.
For personalised garments, all estimated delivery time frames are subject to artwork approval being given in an efficient manner. A delay in approval being given or any changes and amendments could result in delivery being longer than initially expected. However, we will always do everything in our power to get an order to you as soon as possible and will keep you informed of the estimated delivery date throughout the order process.
